What’s the Difference Between Someone Actually Shooting and Killing Multiple People and Someone Merely Threatening To Do So?
The Difference is… a Warning!
To all the family, friends and survivors of yesterday’s aftermath in Kirkwood… my deepest and sincerest apologies for your loss goes out. Never should we have to deal with our loved ones leaving home one second, never to return the next over seemingly trivial and incommensurate issues that could have been resolved in a different and more congenial way. No one wins in the wake of these types of tragedies and events and no one is none the wiser afterward, unless… there are warning signs! Now apparently ‘Cookie’ Thorton gave no indicative or obvious signs that he was about to do the horrific thing he did last night, however my question is what do you do when someone ‘broadcasts’ their murderous thoughts? I offer the two seemingly unrelated stories as ‘food for thought’:
